Nestled atop a verdant one acre property in the Nilgiri hills. This place is set to be a weekend getaway for a couple from Cochin. The residence is being built in two phases with a breezeway connecting the two halves. Also separating them is an open to sky barbecue yard from where one can quickly jump into the kitchen. Above the master bedroom is a loft for their son. The property has a 180 degree view of the valley ahead and the distant hills.
The building is currently under construction as of mid Jan 2015 and the shell will likely be complete by June this year. There is a lot of woodwork involved and we’re working with an amazing team of carpenters who’ve finished all the doors and windows for the first stage and are eager to procure wood for the wooden flooring, mezzanine and roofing.
